  • Snow load : 75 kg/m²
  • Chassis load capacity :200 kg/m²
  • Earthquake resistance : First-degree seismic zone
  • Load-bearing system : Consists of special C, U and H galvanized profiles

 EXTERNAL WALLS

     Produced as press panel where both external and internal sides are cement board, and insulation from EPS.

  • Total Wall thickness is 10 cm
  • External surface is cement board 8 mm thick
  • Internal surface is cement board 8 mm thick
  • Insulation Material: 80 mm thick of EPS (Polystyrene foam)
  • Height is 250 cm

 INTERNAL WALLS

    Produced as press panel where both external and internal sides are cement board, and insulation from EPS.

  • Total Wall thickness is 6 cm
  • Height is 250 cm
  • External surface is cement board 8 mm thick
  • Internal surface is cement board 8 mm thick
  • Insulation Material: 40 mm thick of EPS (Polystyrene foam)

 ROOF STRUCTURE

    Gable roof structure. Trusses and purlins produced from 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel profiles.

  • 20-30% incline
  • Gable end trusses covered with PVC paneling
  • Eaves and overhangs are 20 cm
  • Around the roof PVC rain gutters and downspouts are installed
  • Roof Covering: Trapezoidal painted galvanized steel sheet

CEILING

  • Covering: 12 mm thick gypsum board
  • Wet areas covering: 8 mm thick cement board
  • Insulation: 80 mm thick 14 kg/m² of glass wool A1 fire rated
  • Electrostatic painted aluminum profiles are used to join gypsum boards

Doors

  • Exterior Door: 90x200 cm steel door (TSE certified)
  • Interior Doors: 80x200 cm American panel door or PVC door with metal frame

Windows

  • Type: PVC windows (TSE certified)
  • Dimensions: 40x60 cm for bathrooms 100x120, 120x160, 160x160 cm for rooms
  • Glass: double glazed 4+12+4 mm transparent. transom is single layer frosted glass

ELECTRICITY INSTALLATIONS

  • Cables: 3x1.5 & 3x2.5 Nym (TSE certified)
  • Sockets and Switches: quality TSE certified brand
  • Lighting: round globe.
  • Main fuse box: located above main door
  • All cables and electric installation are flush mounted

   SANITARY INSTALLATIONS

  • Clean water pipes: PVC (TSE certified)
  • Waste water pipes: PPRC (TSE certified)
  • Sanitary ware and armatures: high quality TSE certified products

PAINT

  • External metal parts are painted double layer coating and with double layer synthetic oil paint. External cement boards panels surfaces are painted with acrylic paint. For external wall mastic is applied on the jointing areas.
  • The interior cement board surfaces and ceiling gypsum boards are painted with plastic paint. TSE certified painting products are used in our buildings
