Cabin Manufacturing System

Manufactured from (GFRP) glass fiber reinforced polyester as double-walled polyurethane( sandwich panel) and mounted by using antibacterial neutral silicon, it has an hygienic view with modular structure together with protection against water, snow, and dust.

Surface Coating

Gelcoat polyester and off-white (fluorescent color) Isophtalic Acrylic based is used.

Wall Insulation

40 mm thickness and 40 density /m2 of BASF  Elastopor H2010 /30 DIN 4102-1 B3 segment  Polyurethane and foam is injected.

GENERAL OUTER & INNER WALL SPECIFICATIONS

Outer and inner surfaces of the panels of PREFABEX Polyester cabins are manufactured from off-white colored gelcoat material that is resistant against solar radiation of +60 C degrees and -50 C degrees cold. Outer and inner panels are resistant to atmospheric conditions and have anti-corrosive properties. Being washable, stainless , rotproof, and easy to clean.

ROOF

Roof system

Manufactured by (GFRP) glass fiber reinforced polyester  as double-walled sandwich panel and mounted by using antibacterial neutral silicon, it has an hygienic view with modular structure together with protection against water, snow, and dust.

Inclined Roof

Inclined roof type can be implemented  to the most of the models avoids  puddle and accumulation of dust. Inclined roof type insures comfort for the usage

Inner & Outer Surface Coating

Special gelcoat polyester based and off-white Rall 9002 colored is used.

Outer Door

Aluminum door with electro-static powder painted and white colored. 4mm thickness tempered door glass is used. Bottom of the door is PVC panel.

Inner Door

It is aluminum door painted with electro static powder and white color.
