Modular Buildings - Ghana
Prefabex was approached by Hearts of Oak Football Club, which is considered the oldest football club in Ghana, for the purpose of establishing a modular modern Sports Facilities. The new football academy buildings were required by the Club to include a junior and senior residence, management housing unit, gym, training centres, laundry, toilet facilities, kitchen, as well as a dining hall.
Within the scope of this project, Prefabex built 7 modular buildings, three of them were two-storey and a four one-storey prefabricated buildings. The project with a total area of about 1500 square meters was produced in 45 days and shipped with all parts included such as doors, windows, insulation, paint, ceramic tiles, electric network, plumbing network, external cladding, cubicle partitions…etc.
The buildings supplied by Prefabex were successfully installed by our team on time, and was made ready to be used within 3 months.
